The Transpennine route upgrade is transforming the railway for the people of the North, supporting local communities and businesses to prosper. The project explores the new enterprise operating model designed to streamline work, fill workforce skills gaps, and deliver infrastructure upgrades safely and efficiently.

I crafted a motion graphics explainer where the animation flows continuously from left to right, evoking the journey of a train. I built vector environments that reveal themselves through parallax effects, layering animated assets and text to translate complex infrastructure concepts into a clear and engaging visual narrative.
